1. The interface
Pumpetuals is a non-custodial launchpad on Solana, based on pump.fun, with a perpetual market that attaches only after a coin migrates. These terms govern your use of the website and any related interface. They do not govern Raydium or your wallet vendor.
2. No custody
Pumpetuals never holds your keys, tokens, or margin. Every connection is a request your wallet may refuse. A launch on this site broadcasts a real pump.fun create + buy on Solana mainnet. Approving that transaction spends SOL from your wallet for the first buy and network fees.
3. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use Pumpetuals if you are subject to sanctions, or if perpetual contracts or token launches are unlawful where you live. You are solely responsible for that determination.
4. Markets
Coins on a bonding curve are not perpetual markets. Pumpetuals will not quote, accept, or display a leveraged book for a coin that has not migrated. Graduation is a function of the curve factory, not a promise by Pumpetuals that any given coin will migrate.
5. Risk
You can lose the entire value of a token and the entire margin of a perpetual. Liquidations, oracle gaps, hook failure, sequencer downtime, and smart-contract bugs are part of the surface. Past prints are not a forecast.
6. Prohibited use
You will not attack the interface, scrape in a way that degrades it, impersonate Pumpetuals, or use the site to violate law. We may restrict access to the frontend at any time.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The interface is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pumpetuals and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of tokens, margin, or data, arising from your use of the interface.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version. Continued use after a post is acceptance.
